Does anyone else hate it when you get to the end of your cereal box and then half of what comes out is a pile of powder and crumbs?

Ok so I got my test roll from my ninoka developed today.

Just took it down to the walgreens for there top of the line one hour deal.

I ran a roll of Fuji 200 slide film through it. Its just some old stuff I had in my freezer.

I got some pretty cool results. It was pretty much all underexposed since it was 200 speed and the camera only opens to a 6.

In case you dont know its one of those super cheap plastic cameras you can find anywhere. Im sure they give them away free, with an order of pot holders or something. Old women love them.

Anyway I just wanted to see what came out of it.

so yeah, its still cool to shoot film and I dont care what anyone thinks about it!

oh yeah and for some reason walgreens only scanned like 10 of them so I will go back and try and get the rest of the roll some day.

that shit sounds weird. Never thought I would say that I had one. If it wasnt for photos I know I wouldn’t. Sure, I’m on the Internet a lot, but blogging and myspacing are things that I thought I would stay away from.

I have and will always stay away from myspace.

Photoblogging is rad though. I have seen so much great work and met so many amazing people. Dont forget to check out my blogroll over there on the side. Lots of great people. Probably a lot more I should have up there.

Ill get to it someday.

ok so here’s some new stuff. I like the fact that I can just post what I feel is cool. It doesnt have to be some amazing shot. Its my photos of my life. most of the stuff I post on here is just pictures that remind me of good (sometimes bad) things. Sure I think they are decent photos but its more about what they mean to me.

back in the chi…

ok so, been in LA for 3 weeks workin on the film Resurrection Mary. Lets just say I have a million stories but not enough time to tell them. So to sum it up best.

It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I met so many great people and had so much fun. It was extremely hard leaving it and really I dont feel like I have left. Everything is still so strong in my mind.

Really though, it all just comes down to the awesome people I met. I have many new friends from the trip and I cant wait to see them again. I will be moving out soon, and I cant wait!!

other than that, while I was out there I got several rolls developed at Photo Impact, per Chris Weeks’ advice and I have to say that place rules. 10 bucks for develop and scan. Cant find that shit here in Chicago. So nice and cheap.

Got the chemicals comin so I will be developing here at home again. That will be fun.
