Besides the usual enjoyment of being out and making photos or feeling like you are accomplishing something, I have truly come to love the unexpectedness of developing a roll not knowing what is on it.
For the last few years I have been living in Chicago and I have always tried to make as many trips home to Branson MO that I can. See my family mainly and hopefully meet up with as many friends as possible while being back. Well I have recently moved back for awhile and get some stuff straightened out, and in the process I made several trips back and forth between here and Chicago.
Ok, so the reason for all this, is that this next roll I developed had the most random stuff on it. It had Chicago stuff then home stuff then more Chicago stuff then finally home again. I guess in all actuality I should be shooting more so that it is split up over more rolls but I had A LOT of stuff going on.
So BAM…
Who like guns. I do, so I guess that makes me a redneck. Im totally fine with that.
Chad and Robyn, uh “Target Practicing” in a pond full of turtles. We just got done Squirrel hunting thats why they have the full camo getup.
A full day of death and destruction.
Sam shooting a gun for the first time. Its just a .22, I started them off small.
Jake also learning the way of the gun.
From there I go back to Chicago.
Saw this tree on the side of I-55, thought it looked cool.
Back in the Chi. My cuz Ian lookin fresh as always. I dont remember where we were, some house party.
Dathan eating the famous 3 dollar Bacci slice. Man I fucking miss that place.
Snagged this one while I was there as well.
Ok then the roll goes back Branson.
Dathan’s band Technicolour Stallion played a show at the Outland in Springfield MO. I shot some video and did my best at getting some pics. It was stupid dark.
I do have other shots from the show that I need to go through, but they were from my Nikon. Ill go through them and see what I got.
From there I took some shots at Darcy’s show. She’s in the Silver Dollar City Saloon Show. Pretty awesome actually.
Thats a really terrible pic of her, but its what I got.
Look at them lined up out the door to buy 8 dollar rootbeer floats and 6 dollar cokes.
I love theme parks.
Shot of the actual show.
Well thats it from me for now.
